Brief was to launch and scale a Danish electric bike brand on the Hungarian market through influencer-led brand building, digital growth, and offline retail experience.

My role as Product Owner was to led the Hungarian market entry and local brand development of Mate Bike for 3 years. Built the brand awareness from the ground up through influencer marketing, social media strategy, paid campaigns, and community-driven positioning. Managed the local team, coordinated daily operations with the Danish headquarters, and shaped the full customer experience both online and offline.

Developed the brand’s e-bike rental system and contributed to the strategy behind the physical retail store launch in Hungary.

TOOLS & PLATFORMS: Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, SEO, Meta Business Suite, influencer marketing campaigns, social media management, offline retail strategy.

I have positioned Mate Bike as a visible lifestyle-focused e-bike brand in Hungary through strong digital storytelling, creator collaborations, and integrated online-offline brand building.
