Goal was to position LavidaYarn as a modern lifestyle fashion brand and grow visibility among creative, design-conscious women.

THE APPROACH
My role included brand management, social media management, content production (online and prints), and offline communication at events and pop-ups.

A key part of the strategy was building an ambassador program with local female CEOs and founders whose audiences aligned with the brand’s values. Instead of traditional influencers, the focus was on authentic women with strong personal brands and trusted communities.

THE RESULT
LavidaYarn became more than a yarn brand — it evolved into a recognizable lifestyle brand connected to creativity, femininity, and modern handmade fashion.
