As Project Owner, I managed the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the university’s mobile app and website in close collaboration with the development team. My role focused on ensuring stable functionality, strong user experience, and smooth cross-team delivery.
Key responsibilities included coordinating with developers, managing feature updates, transitioning notification systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance to improve student engagement and accessibility.
In addition, I co-led the development of the university’s personalized chatbot, Mathias, designed to support students with faster, more accessible information and services.
